1970s Yamaha YTS-61 Professional Tenor Saxophone - “Purple logo”

Excellent playing 1970s Yamaha YT-61 Professional Tenor Saxophone - Purple logo!! - just fully repadded and setup. This horn really plays! This instrument is perfect for anyone wanting their first vintage horn already in exceptional playing condition, or it could be the perfect horn for an advancing student or professional player.

It has approx 85% lacquer left throughout, but this just adds a great vintage look and does not affect the playability in any way. The neck is all original and in excellent condition.

There is a resolder to 1 of the J guard feet near the bow and the bell lip has been bent down in the past, but it has been pulled back into position.

It comes in its original black Yamaha case in good condition. Latches work well, however the material inside the case has seen better days. No bad smells however. It comes with a 12 month warranty on all mechanical parts and pads.
