Fantastic playing Florida era NO USA custom made Otto Link Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece. This is a rare one with no number marking but in its place is marked CC. These are most likely the initials of the owner of the piece. Yes, it could have belonged to Clarence Clemons or Chris Cheek. You could ask them!
It measures .95 and feels like a 6*~7 and responded really well with a Daddario 3 hard reed. 
This plays extremely well! It looks as though there is a tiny flat spot on the tip rail curve, but it is hardly noticeable at all.
