Otto Link New Vintage - 7* opened up by Mark Spencer from 5*

This new vintage Otto Link super Tone Master started as a 5* and was opened up to a 7* by Mark Spencer. The chamber was opened up and the shank enlarged so as to fit better on a cork - it was very tight. The plating of the mouthpiece has suffered slightly from being heated and worked on, so it is patchy in places. But it’s a great playing and unique mouthpiece. 
This is a really interesting player. It plays with a big dark tone - still with the characteristic projection that links are known for. But it’s very unique and particularly warm for a link! No cutting high end in my opinion
