Custom built one off Professional Tenor Saxophone w/ Copper body tube

This is a very exciting horn and an awesome player!

This Tenor Saxophone is made by an asian based manufacturer that builds instruments for major woodwind retailers in the US and Europe. The bones of this sax are the Pino 1 model / New Artist edition of horns sold in the US. A quick google will uncover who the retailer is. This one comes with a silver plated neck *and* a hand-hammered copper neck also. Almost identical saxophones sell for upwards of $4600 USD, before shipping; and they only come with one neck. The neck alone retails for over $1000 USD.

This example is very unique as it was custom built to strict specifications. The copper body tube was chosen for it's resonance and this horn really sings! It looks spectacular too. The owner worked with his tech and the manufacturer to get this beauty put together. It has Pisoni pads and metal reso's. When the horn arrived in Australia it was adjusted and setup by Phil Noy - receipts available.

The bell and neck have a Ladyface logo as well as other elaborate engraving. This horn sounds fantastic and will satisfy the most serious of players. At this price, it is a bargain.

It is only a year old and has only been played on for a few months. It is in spectacular condition without any damage whatsoever. The copper body tube has begun to oxidize slightly, so there is some mottling to the copper finish. The silver plate is perfect.

It comes in an excellent condition quality modern shaped case that looks like carbon fiber, although I think it is just a ABS plastic. The latches are excellent and easy to use. It also has clips for a backpack strap.

This saxophone would suit an advancing student, pro player or doubler looking for something that’s fun to play, reliable and unique. This saxophone comes with a 12 month warranty on all mechanical parts and pads.
