Yanagisawa A-901 Eb Alto Saxophone

Excellent condition Yanagisawa A-901 Alto Saxophone. This instrument has just been fully cleaned, checked and serviced and it received 4 new pads.

This saxophone plays beautifully over the entire range and has a really lovely flexible tone, good for jazz to classical and everything in between. It would be a perfect instrument for an advancing student or professional player. It features a high F# key. The keywork is very ergonomic and is really nice to play!

It is in excellent condition throughout, with lots of life left in the pads. There are a couple of very small dings in the bow area and one very small pinhead ding on the body near the octave key. These are hardly noticeable. The neck had a microphone pick up installed, so this was removed and a very nice looking patch has been soldered on. This does not affect the way it plays in any way.

It come with its original case in good functional condition, however it has been repaired rather crudely with screws and foam.

This instrument comes with a 12 month warranty on all mechanical parts and pads.
